Berrylands station, on the main line between Surbiton and New Malden, has frequent stopping trains to Waterloo. It is a smaller, quieter station than Surbiton, and it does not have a taxi rank, so a pre-booked car is the easiest way to get to or from it with luggage.
Roads such as Raeburn Avenue, Berrylands Road and King Charles Road link the area with Tolworth and Surbiton. The Hogsmill river runs along the eastern edge, with a pleasant walking route through the valley.

Berrylands or Surbiton station?
Berrylands only has stopping trains, so the journey to Waterloo takes a little longer than from Surbiton, where fast trains call. Many Berrylands residents ask us to drop them at Surbiton instead when they are short of time, because the extra few minutes in the car can save ten minutes on the train. On the way home, the opposite can apply: Berrylands is quieter, with less queuing traffic outside, so it can be the easier place to be collected. Tell us which train you are aiming for and we will suggest the better station. Either way, the fare is fixed before you travel.
