Trains from London Bridge
London Bridge is one of the busiest stations in the country. Thameslink trains run through it north to Luton Airport Parkway and Bedford, and south to Gatwick and Brighton. Southern trains serve Sussex and south London, and Southeastern trains run to Kent and the south-east.
Guy's Hospital appointments
Guy's Hospital is right next to London Bridge station, and many people from our area are referred there for specialist appointments and treatment. Getting there by public transport from Tolworth usually means a train to Waterloo and a change onto the Jubilee line, which is tiring if you are unwell or have mobility needs.
A car takes you to the hospital entrance, and we can collect you afterwards. Route from Tolworth
London Bridge is on the south side of the river, so the drive does not need to cross into the City. The car takes the A3 north, then heads east through Vauxhall and Kennington towards Elephant and Castle and up Borough High Street.

Days out around London Bridge
Borough Market, Southwark Cathedral, The Shard and the riverside walk to Tower Bridge are all within a few minutes of the station. It is a good area for a day out with visiting family, and a car in and out avoids juggling tickets and changes. Groups can share a 6 seater taxi.
Thameslink to the airports

London Bridge has entrances on several streets, including Tooley Street to the north and St Thomas Street to the south. When booking a pickup, tell us which side you will come out, so the driver waits at the right entrance.
